Payment Options We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discovery and American Express Credit Cards through Paypal. When you order through our website your order will automatically go through Paypal. With Paypal we use Paypals Authorization method which means when you checkout your purchase amount is "authorized", nothing is charged to your account until we actually ship your order. This gives us the opportunity to make sure we have everything you ordered. If for some reason we are out of part or all of your order we will contact you either by phone or email for further instructions from you. Only when we ship the order will we charge your card. For those of you who prefer to purchase offline, We'll gladly process your order by mail, phone, or fax using Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. After determining your order from our online store but before finalizing it, just print it out and mail or fax it to us or call us. If you should make a purchase from us and are unsatisfied with it please call the store to arrange a return. We will gladly refund or replace any incorrect or defective items. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase so we suggest you inspect your order promptly upon receipt. Due to copyright issues with books and patterns, unfortunately, we are NOT able to accept returns.
