We are so pleased that you are visiting Quilting Bee's Online Store and we want to make your visit as pleasent and "sweet" as we can. Before you make a purchase from our store you will want to know the following information. If you have questions or comments please don't hesitate to call or email us.

Payment Options
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discovery and American Express Credit Cards through Paypal. When you order through our website your order will automatically go through Paypal. With Paypal we use Paypals Authorization method which means when you checkout your purchase amount is "authorized", nothing is charged to your account until we actually ship your order. This gives us the opportunity to make sure we have everything you ordered. If for some reason we are out of part or all of your order we will contact you either by phone or email for further instructions from you. Only when we ship the order will we charge your card.

For those of you who prefer to purchase offline, We'll gladly process your order by mail, phone, or fax using Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. After determining your order from our online store but before finalizing it, just print it out and mail or fax it to us or call us.

Order Processing
We will process and ship all orders within 2 business days except for holidays. If, for some reason we are unable to do so, we will contact you to let you know.

If we are out of or do not have the exact amount of the product you have requested, we will call to see what you would like us to do: take what we do have on hand, or cancel that part of your order.

If not all of your products are in stock at the time we receive your order but expected soon, we will call you to find out how you would like us to process your order. We can wait until all items are in stock, or we can send a partial shipment.

Store Policies & Returns
Our goal and promise to you is simple: We are committed to our customer's satisfaction and want you to be 100% satisfied.

If you need an item in a hurry, please let us know and we will try to meet your deadline! We ship all items as soon as possible after receiving the order.

If you should make a purchase from us and are unsatisfied with it please call the store to arrange a return. We will gladly refund or replace any incorrect or defective items. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase so we suggest you inspect your order promptly upon receipt. Due to copyright issues with books and patterns, unfortunately, we are NOT able to accept returns.

If there is ever anything we can do to make your shopping experience more pleasant or easier, please let us know! We appreciate your patronage and want you to turn to us for all your quilting needs!

Sales Tax
State of Kansas sales tax of 8.2% will be added to all orders shipped within the state of Kansas.

Shipping Information
We think you'll find our shipping rates very reasonable. We ship with the US Postal Service. At this time we are not accepting international orders.
